In adherence to our exchange policy, we offer a window of 7 days for exchanges. Please be informed that exchanges can be initiated within this period. However, we would like to bring to your attention the impact of high shipping costs associated with the exchange process.

Due to the substantial shipping expenses, all costs related to shipping, including return and reshipping fees, will be borne by the customer. It is important to note that this may result in an average cost of 30-40€ for the entire shipping process.

Refunds & Returns
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product and receive a credit or exchange it for another item. We take great care to ensure our products are of high quality and free from defects before shipping them out. Please note that any disputes must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

It is important to understand that full refunds will only be issued in the event that the item you ordered is unavailable. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund, and you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own expense. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified number of days. Please be aware that the refund process typically takes 15-20 days, depending on your bank.
