This Distance Selling Agreement  governs the terms and conditions for the distance sale of products through the RoyalSuit Istanbul website www.royalsuitistanbul.com. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you withdraw from the purchase, you are responsible for returning the products in their original condition and packaging, at your own expense.

5. Refunds: 5.1. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will inspect them for any damage or signs of use. 5.2. If the products are in their original condition, we will refund the product price, within 14 days from the date of receiving your withdrawal notice. 5.3. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received and inspected.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where RoyalSuit Istanbul is based. 6.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
